Vsr trigger box problems

One for the experts-

I've recently attempted to upgrade my tm vsr, with steel trigger and piston sears
However when I pull the trigger the rifle doesn't fire.

I have not attempted to upgrade the piston and spring yet.

Any ideas?

Have you filed the inside of the trigger box?

Have you lubed up inside?

Have you adjusted the trigger pull/stroke?

Does the Trigger Sear correctly clear the top of the trigger when pull? (With stock off, you can see through the circle eyelet on the left side of the trigger box, notice the sear resting on the top of the trigger).

Does it return after the first shot? (With stock off, you can see through the circle eyelet on the left side of the trigger box, notice the sear resting on the top of the trigger).

I've checked it out and the shs trigger sear is wider and shorter than the original, I have replaced the original with the steel piston sear and it works with no issues so far. It would not shoot with the steel trigger sear installed

Interesting. I can always send another or maybe one of our FE versions?
